I suffered from anxiety and depression for over half my life. I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t. I bring my 30 years of searching, healing and teaching to help guide you to a better, more fulfilling life path. I am a best selling author on depression and anxiety.


I have coached hundreds of people through periods of confusion or deep unhappiness. Where I am different to other people is I’m able to get to – quickly -  the heart of your distress. Sometimes this takes place in the first session.

Anything! Nothing you bring to me will shock or disturb me. I have coached people who suffer:

How Does It Work?


We work together to:


  1. Identify what’s troubling you

  2. Identify where you want to get to

  3. Work out a plan to help you do that


We start with a plan to help you get to where you want to go and achieve what you want to achieve. We can alter the plan at any time.


We meet on a regular basis either at my home in Lymington, Hampshire, or online via Skype or WhatsApp. My sessions are 1 hour long. We can meet weekly, twice weekly or every other week

How Much Does It Cost?


I charge £90.00 per hour. This is paid at the end of the session in person or pre-paid for an online session.


What Guarantees Do I have That It’s Any Good For Me?


There are never any guarantees in any therapeutic session because we only get out of it what we put in it.


For example, if I go to a coach and refuse to engage then I will not get much benefit. However, if I go because I want someone to help me help myself, it could be a massive boost to my life.


Having said that, if you are not happy with the way the first session goes, I will fully refund you any payment. I offer a 100% guarantee.
