She has written extensively about recovery from depression, as well as counselling hundreds of others to self healing, and her first book, ‘Beat Depression and Reclaim Your Life’ has become a best seller.

Since then she has covered personal food issues in ‘Superfoods To Boost Your Mood’, helping children who suffer from depression with ‘Happy Kids’ and her latest books covers way of finding personal happiness whatever the weather in ‘Life’s A Beach’.
